Join us for our current study. This study is to help and encourage men of faith to rise up and be godly men, men who are called by God to lead a life of example in our lives of our families and our community.
"God has created men to have incredible strength. But today’s culture has hijacked masculinity, distorting strength into passivity and abuse.
In this 5-part video Bible study series, pastor Joby Martin invites men to embrace God’s definition of masculinity and to step into His calling upon their lives to wield their strength on behalf of others. God has designed men to be protectors, providers, and defenders. When men act like men, everyone flourishes."
My name is Femi Peters and I am the leader of our Men's Fellowship.
The primary purpose of Living Hope Men’s Fellowship is to prepare Christian men to assume the roles God created them to fulfill, that is to demonstrate godly stewardship, discipleship, and leadership and to equip them to be spiritual leaders in their home, their church (body of Christ) and their community.
We seek to promote and encourage biblical fatherhood and the importance of male leadership in the home, especially in a culture that marginalizes the role of the father in the family (Eph. 5:23)
to promote biblical manhood by exhorting one another to godly living as we grow together in Christ-likeness (Eph. 4:15)
to teach and encourage married men to “love their wives as Christ loved the church and gave himself for her (Eph. 5:25)
to equip each other to reach our unsaved friends, neighbours, and family members with the gospel of Jesus Christ (Matt. 28:19-20)
to create an environment of trust and accountability— “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another” (Prov. 27:17)
to promote a culture of unity, love, and forbearance among men and within the church community (Eph. 4:1-3)
Join us weekly on Thursdays at 8:00 PM via Zoom.
